Prayer to get to sleep

I hand my cares and concerns of the day to you Lord.

They belong to you.

I ask you Lord, to close the gates of concern.

I trust in you Abba. I belong to you. I ask you to place the Ark of Your Presence right next to me as I sleep.

Let the day be done and night begin.

I speak to my brain. In Jesus name I declare you are free to function at night how the Lord created you to be.

I bless my brain with proper delta wave function. Brain do the job Papa created you to do.

I give you permission. to be in deep sleep .

Lord, stimulate the thalamus to put the brain into deep sleep.
